If you are asking how to change the default when creating the database with
orainst, I just did one.
The file to edit is in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/install/rdbms/cnfg.orc.
This has a commented out line for the block size, set it to whatever you
want. Remember it is in bytes so default would be 2048.
