Creating a new db on AIX

What are the tasks I need to do, to create a new database on AIX? Are there some good papers on it somewhere on the net? I know what to do on NT, but have no clue on AIX :-)

I have succesfully installed 8.0.5 on AIX 4.3.2, with the standard database.
Then i wanted to run oradim80 -new -sid ... but it doesnt seem to exist on AIX. How do I get a new SID, so i can do a startup nomount with the new pfile?
