Perhaps I forgot to mention that I'm recovering with a created set of control files, via the CREATE CONTROLFILE command.

Anyway, ARCHIVE LOG LIST and V$RECOVERY_STATUS ideas are not showing anything:

Database log mode No Archive Mode
Automatic archival             Disabled
Archive destination            /u01/oracle/admin/ttmp/arch/arch_stmp_
Oldest online log sequence     0
Current log sequence           0
SVRMGR> select * from v$recovery_status;
RECOVERY_ THREAD     SEQUENCE_N SCN_NEEDED       TIME_NEED PREVIOUS_LOG_NAME
PREVIOUS_LOG_ REASON
--------- ---------- ---------- ---------------- --------- -----------------
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------
- -------------
0 rows selected.

Any other ideas, let me know.

Thanks!

Alan.
