(S)he didn't get an ora-12700.  It was and ora-00600, one of whose internal
arguments was 12700.  ora-00600 is a catch-all error for something not
specified by other error codes.  To get the true meaning of it, one must
call Oracle Support and provide them the internal arguments (and get lucky).
