This error is very frequently tied to name resolution.  Can the machine
really resolve its own fully qualified domain name?  Can you ping the FQDN
from that same machine?  Eg: ping sulu.ncr.disa.mil  If not, you need to
check your dns resolution or add the FQDN to your /etc/hosts file.
