Oracle 8.1 was supposed to ship with Enterprise Manager 2.0.4 in the box but
due to a shipping issue Oracle did not get them in the same box. You should
be able to order OEM 2.0.4 direct from Oracle Upgrades, it contains all the
management features you would require.
