Hardware Question

I realize that this is a rather open ended question, but I'm looking for information on what's the best, or minimum type of hardware I can buy for a new Oracle server for Windows NT 4.0.

We're installing an operational database starting with about 3 million records spread out across 2 dozen or so tables. We plan on supporting about 50 concurrent users.

Any sites with White Papers or input from your personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
