Follow the manual installation procedures to install webdb into your linux
oracle database. You will then need OWAS-3.0.2 for linux, because up to
now there is no cgi executable for linux yet (the ones you found in webdb
package are for NT or Solaris). Configure a DAD in OWAS and let it use
WEBDB as its database username. Configure a PL/SQL agent for that DAD. Now
you can access your webdb with
http://<hostname>:<port>/<PL/SQL agent name>/plsql/home
