Hi Keith,

for TCP.NODELAY You have to create a file named 'protocol.ora' in the directory where You configured the Net8-Clients. The default path is: '%ORACLE_HOME%\net80\admin'.
To activate the socket option You have to write the following line into the protocol.ora file:
tcp.nodelay = yes
