Our company is in the process of purchasing Sql Navigator. It is a very good tool. One product not mentioned in any of the other replies is Precise Sql from

Precise software. They were a little slow getting their evaluation copy to us, so management has decided to go ahead with Sql Nav. But from the hype Precise sent, it should be a very good tool.
