Must you be so insulting? Mark Twain did indeed say it, and it has been attributed to him by many sources. You are proving your own rudeness and lack of culture with these posts; please try not live up to stereotypes about the rudeness of your country, as you are only representative of the stereotype, not of the actual level of rudeness.
