db3prep - it is DOS utility from Oracle 7 for OS/2. You can download it from
http://nevada.ptrsrv.spb.ru/archives/oracle/ORADOS.ARJ

But I have read the Andy Thompson <AndrewT_at_MedImpact.com> message and I think,
that use of the MS Access will be the simplest way of the decision of your problem.
Besides, the loading of DBF files with SQL*Loader is an feature of old version (7.3.4) Oracle for Windows/WinNT/OS/2.
