EXEC SQL INCLUDE sqlda on Solaris 2.6

Hi,

I'm using oracle734 on Solaris 2.6.
If I have the line
EXEC SQL INCLUDE sqlda;
in my pc-File, proc will generate not compilable C++ Code, because it includes the file mtenv.h, which I can't find anywhere.
On Solaris 2.5 proc doesn't include that file, so everything is okay !!??

Any ideas ??
