  1. backup
  2. do exports
  3. make sure you are on SP3
  4. (if not apply, and then backup all over again)
  5. try to go to 805 instead of 804
  6. install 804/5 and create a new DB for each o7 db
  7. import the v7 export file into each o8 DB and do reg cleanup
