identify OAS 4.0.7 as US or intl version?

In order to complete the installation of Developer 6 and D6 server, I understand I need to install patch 4.0.7.1 to OAS. However the patch on the web site is only for the international version, not the US version, due to export restrictions.

The patch for the US version needs to be requested from tech support. How can I be sure which version of OAS I have? This was downloaded in Canada.
