HELP! Problem with OEM job submission

Hi,

I am running hot backup scripts in OEM to do disk backup. For some reason, I keep getting the error message:

ora-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination

However, if I run the same scripts in SVRMGR, then they work fine without any problems. Any help will be deeply appreciated!
