Environment:


    Slackware 3.5 (linux 2.2.6) with libnls installed. I't using a
by-the-book install.



An operating system error occurred while trying to spawn
'/p01/app/oracle/product/8.0.5/bin/otrccref'.



Is this a ULIMIT prob?
