Hi John,

I have seen (damned if I remember where) a report that stated for IBM Logical Volume Management on SSAs the performance difference ranges from 2% to 5%. My conclusion was that it doesn't pay to use RAW unless you want to run Parallel Server (in which case you must use RAW).
