We have recently upgraded all of out SAP databases from Oracle 7.2.3 to Oracle 8.0.4 on HP UX 10.20.

We have not seen this on any of our systems.

We have SAP R/3 versions 3.0E, 3.1H, 4.0B and one sandbox 4.5B.
