tkprof aggregate=No

When I run tkprof with the aggregate=No option on NT, the command is repeated over and over while it (supposedly) runs. It has been running for over 20 minutes now when it only takes about 2 minutes to run without this option. Is this normal behavior? Should I wait or kill it? Thanks,
