Hi,

I am using a web based application that queries an oracle database, I had exported out the schema frm another oracle database, ftp'ed to my new machine
and reimported all the content into my new oracle database. All of a sudden in certain places I seem to be getting this oracle error ..

01405, 00000, "fetched column value is NULL"

this error never occured on my previous machine and began to occur on my new machine after ftp'ing. Have I screwed it up based on the ftp maybe and introduced some characters.

It occurs in a couple of differing functionalities. Is there a way I can search for these seemingly occuring NULL values in the new table areas.

I have done this from an oracle 7.3.2 database to a oracle 8 database , could this be the issue ?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated .. RSV
