Second that . . . Over the past six months I have been using ADO 2.0 against Oracle 7.3 and 8.0.5 and I can confirm that the most stable combination seems to be MSDASQL (OLE-DB provider for ODBC) and the MS ODBC driver for Oracle from MSDAC 2.1.
