Re: creating oracle web server 2.1 DCD error: ORA-03121??

IIRC,

	Web 2.1 uses SQLNet 2.3
	Oracle 8 uses Net 8
	so...
	If the database and the web server are on the same server
	you need to install Net* listener and the Net 2.3 client files

	but....
	It is possible for this combination to work
