Client API libraries for Oracle, where?

I'm set to develop some C++ CGI web apps on Digital UNIX for a customer, who is using Oracle.

My previous experience with Oracle is uniquely through ODBC on Win32, and so my question is: What call-level interface libraries from Oracle do I need, and where do I get them? I presume there is something analoguous to CT-Library or DB-Lib, and I've heard of something called the OCI (Oracle Client Interface?).

I don't have the Oracle CDs, but if the stuff I need isn't available on the net somehow, and they're on the CDs, say, I could procure them through the customer, if need be.
