Yes. Oracle Financials 10.x character mode is written in Forms 2.4 which is just forms 2.3 with support for additional date mask DD-MON-RR. Buried deep in Financials 10.x there is even a Y2K version of RPT. Just when you thought that the monster was safely buried. Urk!
