ORA-07307: sms1sg: shmat error, unable to attach sga.

Hi this is the message i've got when i try to startup nomount the database
to create the database (i'm in the oracle installation process)

here is the message :

(oracle_at_sparc1)oerr ORA 7307 22
Usage: oerr facility error

Facility is identified by the three-letter prefix in the error string. For example, if you get ORA-7300, "ora" is the facility and "7300" is the error. So you should type "oerr ora 7300". If you get LCD-111, type "oerr lcd 111", and so on.

I don't know how to resolve it,

here's the line in the 2.6 solaris /etc/system file i merged before installing oracle :

set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax=268435456

does someone can help me ?
