Hi!



I made the sample from the OAS4.0 Tutorial ("Hello World") and as soon
as I want to start the application I'm getting the message "Can not
service this request, please try again later" on my browser.
I experienced the same message, when I start some programs from the
utilities page in the OAS Manager.
