OAS4.0 & Update Consistency

Greetings,

I was wondering if it was possible to have multi-user updates (using the Pl/SQL cartridge of OAS4.0) and to have the database changes of one user be reflected back to the other users (without the users having to re-poll the DB).

Is it possible with any other cartridge?

If not, does anyone know the recommended way for maintaining update consistency between multiple users, using the OAS4.0?
