Hi all.
I wanted to know if somebody knows of a lib or wrapper that keeps the
connection to the Oracle DB open while allowing clients to attach to itself.
By doing that what i want to achieve is that evertime a client or a dll in
my case, wants to interavt with the db, it doesn't have to open and close
the connection to the database. If someone knows of such a lib or wrapper
(preferably using C++ or C or Java) please let me know, help would be much
appreciated.
