I have installed ORACLE 8.0.0.3 on NT4.0 Server /SP4.
Starting the ORACLE_WEB_LISTENER leads to an errormsg : ?ERROR 2140:
Internal Windows error'



Details in the service-logtable show a ? "Application init function
oracle_adp_init returned ADI_FATALINIT'-message."




has anybody had this kind of problem?
