OAS4 and image upload/download

All,

We're upgrading from OWS21 to OAS4 and are trying to implement the file upload/download as well -- we're currently using Tom Kyte's OWA replacement cartridge.

We're having a little trouble with the file upload/download function. Actually, the upload works fine as outlined in Ch. 7 of the documentation. We can set and query the content services just fine, etc. But when I call htp.download, the browser brings up a "save as" dialog box -- even when I set the encoding to "image/jpeg". It's as if the browser does not recognize the file type or the server isn't sending the info. The [MIMETypes] section in the svxxxx.cfg files all have the image/jpeg entry -- it's a default setting. The file can be opened just fine after it's downloaded and saved to the client.

Has anyone got this function to work properly? Does anyone know of anything I may be missing? Has anyone got ANY file/upload download working with OAS4? Any info would be appreciated as the documentation is sketchy.
