You are correct ... the 3 views for privs are XXX_tab_privs,
XXX_role_privs
XXX_sys_privs where XXX is DBA, ALL or USER
According to Metalink <Note:66409.1> ... Release 7.3.4 is the terminal release for Oracle7....
