Newbie: Changing IP address of Oracle Server

I have installed Oracle onto a server that will soon have to move to a
different site therefore changing it's IP.  I have been told that once the
IP has changed then Oracle will fail to start (IP being hardcoded
somewhere).  Is this true ?? If so is there some nice simple way to change
the IP within Oracle ?
