? Just as difficult as one!
Because of the different requirements, I'd opt for multiple instances! Especially when development and production instances are running off one machine. NT is one of the easiest platforms to maintain instances, especially when you use the option pack for NT.

You can remotelty start and stop instances, even reboot the machine. --
