You might want to get a free account on http://technet.oracle.com/ there you will find all of the documentation, in particular you will find the document "getting to know oracle8i". In this document, there is a chapter "Oracle8i Feature and Option Availability". This chapter has a matrix with headings:
Option Oracle8i "Oracle8i EE" "Oracle8i Workstation" Notes
showing each of the options and whether its in a particular bundle or not.
