  1. Backups!
  2. Tuning & Optimization (indexes/procedures/etc)
  3. DB day-to-day Administration
  4. writing SQL code for day-to-day problems/checks/etc
  5. writing SQL code for projects/data migration/etc

Not necessarily in that order, but backups is definately #1! I may have missed one or two but these should be it for the most part.
