Oracle Enterprise Manager and listener error message

Hi!

I'm running Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3.3 on Windows NT, but try to connect from Oracle Enterprise Manager and get the error message

"VOD-01413: Failed to listen for incoming connection requests."

So far I have found no entry for this message in the Oracle documentation. I can connect to the Oracle server with SQL*Plus - no problem. I can also connect from command line Server Manager, though it gives the startup message "ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed". I can even connect to the server from some of the tools related to OEM, but I get no connection from the OEM itself.

As the main network is running Netware 4.11, the listener is configured to listen on SPX only. The OEM Navigator / Discoverer seems to look for IP nodes only. I've entered the TNS address (all parameters on one single line, parentheses and all) from the Tnsnames.ora file in the Daemon Manager Configuration Parameters - makes no difference.

I would appreciate any help (or hints concerning where to look for the solution)!
