You might want to look at the posting OAS 4.07 from Luis Siles

If you are running Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4, go back to Service Pack 3. Apparently, a lot of things have changed with SP4, resulting in broken applications Received on Tue Apr 13 1999 - 05:56:03 CDT
