Unable to run RMAN(recovery manager NT)

Sir,
After ran catrman.sql for user rman and grant sysdba to rman, following error message appeared when I issued following command.

"rman80 target internal/oracle@< > nocatalog" (I also try to use rman/rman got the same message).
DBMS_RCVMAN package status is 'valid' and owned by user rman.
