so as Your NT services are running, try starting it up using servermanager.
from a command shell type 'svrmgr23' (path should be set after proper
installation, if not it is in drive:\\orant\bin). connect as internal,
servermanager
should prompt 'connected to an idle instance'. then type 'startup'.
let us know what happens then :-)
