Two ways:
By using ODBC:
make a connection to Oracle in your Access database and export your tables to Oracle. Warning: column names are taken as is, if they are in lower case (and/or with spaces), you can only use them in Oracle by embedding them in ". You should change column names in Access first (uppercase them and replace the spaces by an underscore)
By using the Access migration wizard that comes with Oracle. I have used it only when it was in it's immature stages, it backed out on me, so I can't really advise you on that one.
