Switch off WinNT cache on small Oracle7 System?

Hi!

Makes it sense to switch off the disk-caching on an Oracle 7.3 Server to get more free memory for the SGA? The System is a 166Mhz Pentium, 64 MB Ram and Raid5 USCSI, max. 12 users are logged in.
The server is exclusively used for Oracle. I have read that Oracle has its own caching system and bypasses write-caching on security reasons. So: what sense makes the WinNT-cache any more?
Makes it sense to increase SGA and to set the cache to 0 to ged rid of swapping?

			Thanks in advance!
