Step-To-Step
Server side

1. Add to Listerner.ora reverences to new SID
2. restart lsnrctl (stop and start)
3. Start new servis NT
4. Start instans

Client side
Add to TNSNames.ora references to new Instans

TNSNames.ora uses ONLY Client's Software
