Immediate ATTN : Oracle8.0.5(Ent)/HP11 9000

Hi, We are having problems with Oracle8.0.5 on HP11.00 9000(4 cpu,6 GB mem,256 GB disk). we have 11 instances running . All of them are development databases. But the HP machine just freezes . This happened 2 times within the last 6 days and we had to reboot the server. Alert and Trace files didn't have any information.

How many instances are possible with this machine ? What should be the number of user processess(HP) ? Where we can find ORACLE8.0.5 / HP info ?
