Multi-language storage

Hello group,

I'm looking for general advice, books, URLs etc on how to set up a database to provide bi-lingual support.

The main language is English, but we will also be storing, retrieving and displaying data in Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Turkish etc. The users will have the option on which language is presented to them.

The system is currently Delphi3 and Oracle734, moving to Delphi4 and Oracle8xxx.
