Multiple of 5 ? I honestly don't think so or maybe I have been missing
this out over the years.
Usually, I used the formula:
DB_FILE_MULTIBLOCK_READ_COUNT = OS I/O Block / db_block size
Remeber, higher doesn't mean faster but should tune according to your OS limitations.
