OWAS: AGADMIN crashes when creating a new PL/SQL agent

AGADMIN crashes when creating a new PL/SQL agent for OWAS 3.0.1.

Here is the error message displayed by the system: "AGADMIN - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f886df" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not be "read"."

Has anybody encounter the same problem??? -
