I've heard that many new mgmt functionalities have been added to v7.3 & later. Being new to this I'm trying to learn more about redundancy, etc.

Anyone know if standby & replication features are available in Oracle v7.3 & later for NetWare? One concern is what functionality that is present in Oracle for NT or UNIX is not available in NetWare?

Also, seems like the population running Oracle on NetWare is small compared to running Oracle on UNIX or NT. I wonder if this is true or just the fact that Oracle on NetWare runs so well they don't have to post in ng too often; I wish that is the case :-) Received on Mon Mar 22 1999 - 07:36:04 CST
