The best solution that I have found so far is running Apache and PHP3 on a Linux box. PHP3's OCI support is excellent, and it's a pretty easy scripting language to learn. Not that it really matters, but it's also free ('free speech', not 'free beer'). I set up our web server about 60 days ago, and havn't touched it since. It's like the Energizer Bunny.
