RAW vs JFS with Oracle 8.0.5 and AIX

We're running Oracle 8.0.5 in AIX environment. Did anybody out there run
any tests comparing Oracle performance running on raw devices vs jfs?
I can't get any definite answer from Oracle.
Any info will be appreciated.
